They provide free clinician-led weekly support groups for individuals dealing with eating disorders and their loved ones. Additionally, they advocate for eating disorders and mental health legislation.

In August 2017, The Alliance expanded its services by opening Psychological Services. This initiative offers direct, low-cost, life-saving treatment to underinsured and uninsured adults in the community. Since its establishment, The Alliance has conducted educational presentations on eating disorders, positive body image, and self-esteem to a vast number of individuals nationwide. Their continuous dedication reflects a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
